What Zhongluotan staff log when a box arrives
When a parcel reaches Zhongluotan, staff log it against your order, count the pieces, photograph the visible condition and options, and the item turns In Stock. CNCartGo calls this basic QC and includes it in the service fee on the buying line. The Warehouse screen lists each item with its arrival time, a weight and a Browse Images button for the photos.
CNCartGo is careful about what this is not. Its FAQs say warehouse photos show visible condition and the details captured; they do not prove authenticity, full function or future performance. Functional checks, video and inspection reports are listed as possible extras, priced case by case after you ask.
Five passes over CNCartGo warehouse pictures
Reading QC photos is a skill, and it is quicker with a fixed order. Count first: every piece you paid for should be in frame. Then options: the size label, colour and model against your order line, not against the listing headline. Then surface: stains, loose threads, scuffs, dents. Then packaging: crushed boxes or leaking bottles matter more for what happens in transit than for the item itself. Finally decide what you still cannot see.
That last pass is where the CNY 5 extra photo request earns its keep: a collar's inner label, a buckle's reverse side, a tape measure laid across a chest. Make the request specific, one view per request, and do it early, because the return window is counted in hours.
The 120-hour change of mind
If the photos show the wrong thing, or you simply change your mind, the window is five days, which CNCartGo spells as 120 hours, from the moment the item shows In Stock. The request goes through the order page; the warehouse and the seller both review it. Do not send anything back yourself: the route and address come from the review.
Costs depend on whose fault it is. For a change of mind you pay the seller's original shipping (even if the listing said free shipping), the return leg and a CNY 5 fee; an exchange adds the seller's re-shipping. A wrong item or verified defect is treated as the seller's cost. Some goods are excluded outright: customised items, underwear and socks, adult products, food, book sets over 15 volumes, second-hand goods and anything bought outside mainland China.
Storage: day one to day 100 costs nothing, then the meter runs
Free storage runs 100 days from the date the order is marked Received. From day 101 to day 200 the charge is USD 0.10 per parcel per day, payable on the order page. CNCartGo counts parcels, not items, so ten small orders packed as one parcel cost the same per day as one. At day 200 the parcel is treated as automatically destroyed and cannot be recovered.
A shipping request is not a dispatch: the parcel keeps ageing until freight is paid and it leaves. If you plan to wait for a second batch, put the deadline in your calendar. The clock below turns an In Stock date into all three deadlines.
