Forwarding line, stages 1 to 3
The forwarding line: your own purchase, CNCartGo's address
Bought it on Taobao or 1688 already? CNCartGo can receive it, photograph it and ship it on. The catch is in the address details.
When forwarding beats asking CNCartGo to buy
Forwarding suits three kinds of buyer: people with a working Alipay or Chinese card who can check out themselves, people buying from a seller who only deals directly, and repeat buyers who already know the shop. CNCartGo calls this door Delivery. You skip the buying service fee because CNCartGo did no buying; the warehouse, storage, packing and freight rules still apply once the box lands.
The Delivery page is built around a WhatsApp enquiry: four steps (talk to the team, send to the warehouse, confirm shipping, track delivery) and a form that drafts a message for you. CNCartGo says no account is needed just to ask and nothing is booked or charged at that stage. You will need an account to receive the parcel against.

Copying the warehouse details without mistakes
The public help page gives a general location: No. 61 Fenjin Street, Wuxi Village, Zhongluotan Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou. It also says that this is not enough. The recipient name, the phone number and a parcel reference are tied to each order and shown only after you sign in. CNCartGo asks you to copy them fresh every time and never reuse the details from an earlier order.
Paste all fields into the seller chat exactly as shown, including the reference, and confirm the option and quantity in the same message. If the seller's address form has a field the instructions do not cover, ask CNCartGo before the seller ships. Before buying, check the item against the restricted list: batteries, liquids, magnets and oversized goods can be received in Guangzhou and still have no route out.

Tracking numbers, matching, and seller disputes on this branch
Once the seller ships, register the domestic tracking number in your account so staff can match the box to you. Unmatched parcels are the forwarding line's classic failure: a box arrives with a reference missing or mistyped and waits while staff search. If a seller has already shipped to the wrong details, CNCartGo's advice is to save the tracking number and contact support at once, and not to assume the parcel can be redirected.
On this line the seller is your counterparty, not CNCartGo. The Return Refund Policy says so directly: for forwarding orders, contact the original seller about the purchase and CNCartGo only about the parcel it is holding. That shapes what to ask for at arrival. A photo request costs CNY 5 and is worth it when you still have time to open a dispute with the seller.

Next stop: the warehouse, where your box joins the buying-line parcels.
Forwarding-line charges once the box lands
No buying fee applies, because CNCartGo bought nothing. What remains is everything on the shared track: free storage to day 100 and the meter after it, any extra photos at CNY 5, protective packing at CNY 3 to 10, priority handling at CNY 10 if you need it, and the international freight quoted after weighing. CNCartGo's Delivery page adds that its team can talk through service charges, duties and taxes before you send anything.
The one cost people forget is the seller's own domestic shipping to Guangzhou, which you pay inside your Taobao or 1688 checkout. Many sellers ship free within China; others charge by region, so read the seller's shipping line before you pay.
