CNCartGo Spreadsheet: where the buying line and the forwarding line join

CNCartGo buys from Chinese marketplaces for you, or receives what you bought yourself. Both routes end in one Guangzhou warehouse and one outbound parcel. Find a product first, then follow the track.

Nothing is bought from this page. Ordering, paying and shipping all happen on cncartgo.com.

Catalogue doors: eight shelves

Each door opens a full product shelf. When a listing looks right, copy its Taobao, 1688 or Weidian link into CNCartGo. The Spreadsheet page has all sixteen shelves and 32 hand-checked listings.

What is CNCartGo Spreadsheet, and what does CNCartGo handle?

A Spreadsheet, as buyers in finds communities mean it, is a product guide: shelves of real listings from Taobao, 1688 and Weidian, each carrying a seller photo, a yuan price and a link that can go straight into a shopping agent. This one is built around CNCartGo. Every listing on our Spreadsheet page was checked on 24 October 2026, either in the shared product catalogue or through CNCartGo's own Taobao search, and each card says which.

The catalogue helps you choose a marketplace listing. CNCartGo can buy that item for you, or receive a purchase you arranged yourself through its forwarding service. Those starting points have different responsibilities; choose the buying guide or forwarding guide before paying a seller.

The difference from a plain catalogue is what sits around the shelves. A tote bag priced at CNY 41 is the start of a trip with two payments, a warehouse clock, a parcel that may bill by size rather than weight, and a short window to send the bag back. The rest of this site walks that trip one stop at a time, with CNCartGo's own numbers and the date we read them.

Buying service or parcel forwarding: which path are you using?

Most guides to shopping agents describe a single path. CNCartGo actually runs two that start apart and merge. On the buying line you hand CNCartGo a link and it buys for you, charging a service fee on the goods. On the forwarding line you buy from a Chinese seller yourself and only borrow the warehouse address. From the moment goods are logged In Stock in Guangzhou, the two lines share one track: photos, storage, parcel building, freight and delivery.

If CNCartGo placed the purchase, ask it about seller-order changes. If you bought directly, keep your seller receipt and forwarding declaration together and establish who handles a mismatch. Both paths still need warehouse review and an eligible international route; parcel planning starts after that distinction.

Buying line: CNCartGo buys

  1. Paste the listing link and pick the exact option
  2. Checkout one: goods, China delivery, service fee
  3. Order reads Awaiting Purchase, then the seller ships

Forwarding line: you already bought

  1. Copy the order-specific warehouse details
  2. Your seller sends the box to Guangzhou
  3. You register the domestic tracking number

Shared track after In Stock

  1. Warehouse photos and a 120-hour return window
  2. Free storage to day 100
  3. Parcel built, consolidated if you ask
  4. Weighed, measured, routed
  5. Checkout two: international freight
  6. Dispatch, delivery, after-sales clock

Knowing which line you are on settles most of the questions people get wrong: whether a service fee applies, who you chase when a seller ships the wrong colour, and when the second payment falls due. The buying line page and the forwarding line page take each branch in turn; the warehouse page picks up where they join.

CNCartGo at a glance: agent, forwarder, UK shop

CNCartGo is a China shopping agent and parcel forwarder. Its payments are handled by QUADRANT PERSONAL SHOPPING TRADE CO., LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong; the warehouse sits in Zhongluotan Town in Guangzhou's Baiyun District. Besides agent buying and forwarding it runs a third door, Shop, where merchants list goods that currently ship to the United Kingdom only. This site covers the first two doors, because that is where a Spreadsheet listing leads.

The front end is a WordPress site in English and nine other languages. Support is offered by email, WhatsApp and tickets, and CNCartGo states it answers around the clock. The help centre is unusually explicit for a young service: it prints fee tiers, storage charges, return costs and claim deadlines, and dates every article. We lean on those dates throughout.

The guide in seven stages

The Guide breaks one order into seven stages and puts an official screenshot beside each: opening an account, finding the item, the first checkout, warehouse arrival and photos, building the parcel, paying freight, and delivery with its after-sales clock. Stages are colour-tagged by line, so a forwarding-line reader can skip the buying steps without losing the thread.

CNCartGo's own channel posts clips of about fifteen seconds rather than full walkthroughs. This one gives the short version from a staff member: they buy, photograph and pack in Guangzhou, consolidate, and ship. The written guide fills in what fifteen seconds cannot.

Money moves twice

On the buying line, checkout one bundles three things: goods, domestic delivery to Guangzhou, and a service fee of 15 per cent below USD 50, 10 per cent from USD 50 to 200, and 6 per cent above that. International freight is not in that figure and is not free; it is quoted after the warehouse weighs and measures your parcel, and paid as a separate second checkout before anything leaves China.

The gap between the two payments is where budgets break. A cart that looks like USD 40 of clothing can need USD 29 of freight to the United States for a single kilogram. The costs page lays out every charge, including the CNY 5 photo requests and the CNY 3 to 10 protective packing, and its calculator adds them for you.

Clocks that run while goods wait

Three timers start at the warehouse and none of them pauses. The return window is 120 hours from In Stock. Free storage lasts 100 days from Received, after which each parcel costs USD 0.10 a day, and at day 200 the parcel is treated as destroyed. After delivery a separate after-sales window opens, sized by how long the parcel spent in transit. The calculators page turns your own dates into deadlines.

Why read a route map before cncartgo.com

CNCartGo's help centre is thorough but organised by policy: payments in one article, storage in another, returns in a third. A buyer meets those rules in time order. This site re-sorts the same facts along the route, adds the numbers the policies leave out (we ran the official shipping calculator for ten countries and four weights on 24 October 2026), and says plainly where CNCartGo's pages disagree with each other. Where to look when that happens is on the why page; what changed and when is on Updates.
