CNCartGo fees, stop by stop along the track
Service fee tiers, warehouse extras, freight, storage and returns, plus how dollars and yuan meet. With a calculator that stacks them up.
The cost breakdown CNCartGo publishes
CNCartGo writes its base cost as product cost plus service fee plus international shipping. Product cost already covers what the seller charges to reach the warehouse. Extras on request, storage beyond 100 days and destination duties sit outside that line. Here is the whole list in the order you meet it:

Stack your own order
The calculator adds both checkouts. Enter the goods total in US dollars as CNCartGo shows it, the China delivery, the extras you expect and a freight figure from the estimator or the official calculator. It applies the correct service tier and converts yuan extras at 0.1495, the rate CNCartGo displayed on 24 October 2026.
Yuan listings, dollar settlement, Stripe and wallet
CNCartGo settles in US dollars by default and treats other currencies on the site as reference only. The final charge depends on the payment provider's rate at the time, and CNCartGo says it adds no surcharge for Stripe payments. Your bank may still add its own fee for a foreign-currency transaction. The yuan to dollar rate CNCartGo applied in search results and the calculator on our test day was about 0.1495, so a CNY 100 listing showed as roughly USD 14.95.
Methods: Stripe cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), Stripe wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Alipay, WeChat Pay and local options Stripe offers in your country), and wallet balance. The wallet holds refunds and top-ups, can be combined with Stripe, and cannot be withdrawn. An older guide image shows PayPal; the current policy text does not list it.
Refunds and what stays with CNCartGo
Card refunds take 3 to 15 business days; wallet refunds are instant. Cancel before purchase and the service fee comes back too. After purchase, the fee is kept, and on returns only the actual price paid for the item is refunded, net of coupons and points. On undeliverable parcels, shipping and return fees are not refunded.
Chargebacks are a separate matter. CNCartGo's policy says it will dispute chargebacks it considers unfounded and may restrict accounts that show unusual payment patterns, so take a payment problem to support with the receipt first. Payments that fail repeatedly, or that use details that do not match the account, can trigger extra verification or a hold while staff review them.
